After listening to feedback, our consultants organised a second assessment center that included breakfast and allowed candidates to feel at ease and develop chemistry. This session proved impressive and challenged the team in improving methodology.
1-2-1 interviews were additionally conducted. Whilst this process was longer, it allowed for a more personalised and bespoke approach to the recruitment process.
The relationship with this brand became so strong that the they now work exclusively with Elite for Retail Ops roles.
This project also allowed new kinds of positions to be filled by Elite, such as Area Manager roles and Flagship Manager roles.
