THE BRIEF

  • To recruit 4 managers and 8 store assistants over 12 stores for a Christmas pop-up between September – December

THE DEPLOYMENT

  • Generated interest for the roles via social media

  • Weekly conference calls with the client to keep them updated on our progress

  • Used our own database and connections within the store locations to source candidates

  • Worked in partnership with the store managers to utilise their own network to source candidates

  • Managed and maintained the interview process from start to end

  • Gained the trust of the client to manage our own selection process without needing to send over CVs

  • Drew up candidate contracts and managed payroll

  • 11 successful candidates were selected from the assessment centre
